Help for Real Estate Agents and Property Developers

If you are a real estate AGENT or a property DEVELOPER, you can either register as a standard user OR specifically as an agent or developer. Like a standard account, agent and developer accounts are FREE to use.

The advantage of registering as an agent or developer is that you have the option to upload a business logo and various contact details when you register for an account.

Then each time you upload a new property, you can choose how you want to be contacted. Either:

• using the contact details you enter at registration,
• specific contact details for that property (e.g. individual agent's name, email and/or mobile),
• or just use syhff.com's internal messaging service.

You can also enter a unique reference number for each property, which will appear alongside contact details when someone wants to arrange a viewing of your property.
